PAYMENT OPTIONS & POLICIES

• Lessons are paid on a monthly basis and are calculated based on “4” lessons per month. (Only a Month to Month Contract - Two Week Notice to Cancel) Payment is due on the first day of every month. A late fee of $5.00 per week will be added to your tuition if the amount is not paid in full by the second lesson. *There will be no refunds.

• Austin School of Music’s policy is that a $35 fee will be added to your tuition for any returned checks (NSF) or reversed credit card charges. In the event that you are having trouble with your payment due date, please contact our office.

• Austin School of Music offers our clients “2” effective and easy ways to make your payment. Both options help us pay our teachers on time and make your payment process effortless.

ACH OPTION: Voided check on file. ($15/mo G&A Fee)

CREDIT CARD OPTION: Credit card on file. ($20/mo G&A Fee)

CANCELATION & MISSED LESSONS

• Missed lessons and other schedule changes must be made directly with your instructor. Austin School of Music does not pro-rate lessons. Any lesson you miss requires contacting your instructor to schedule a makeup lesson.

• To get a makeup lesson, you must give at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel less than 24 hours, the lesson is lost, cannot be made up, and you will still be charged.

• Only one student cancelled makeup lesson is allowed per 90 days. Unused makeup lessons expire after 30 days and do not roll over.

• If an instructor cancels a lesson, you will not lose the lesson. A make-up lesson will be provided.

• If you stop lessons for one month or longer, Austin School of Music requires written notice at least two weeks in advance to end billing. The cancellation form is available at austinschoolofmusic.com/cancellation-form

• The student is liable for payment of any scheduled lessons for two weeks (14 days) after notice has been given.
