Sam may be a relatively recent transplant to Austin, from New Hampshire originally, but he’s no newcomer to music! Since 2008, Sam’s played in countless ensembles primarily as a trombonist but has also performed on trumpet, tuba, euphonium, electric bass, and piano. After graduating with degrees in Music Education and Composition, Sam moved to Austin in September of 2017 and since then has played with various commercial and jazz groups and is excited to build his lessons studio with the Austin School of Music!
